The city’s famous celebrity chef, Shazia Khan, did a live demo of her culinary expertise before an audience of gourmet food connoisseurs at the Phoenix Marketcity.
Her presentation included an array of Indian fusion recipes such as grilled cottage cheese peppers with pineapple cherry tomato relish, smoked subz kebab with lavash and the yummy dessert of chocolate molten lava cake. Shazia’s dexterity and knowledge was something that had to be seen to be believed.
