Magnolia Bakery, NYC’s iconic bakery, introduces plum cake, a new product that has been developed especially for the Indian market. This traditional Christmas fruit cake flavored with rum is the first product that has been customised only for Indian consumers. Like all of the cakes sold in store, the plum cake will be baked fresh daily and made in small batches. Each cake has a generous 1:1 fruit to cake ratio and is made using seven different types of fruits, nuts and spices.
