Nidhi Vadhera is a passionate and enterprising woman who is on a mission to help educate aspiring entrepreneurs as well as corporate professionals. A powerhouse wearing several hats, as an entrepreneur, speaker, author and YouTuber, she has nearly a decade and a half of experience in increasing business performances through meticulous learning and developmental support. She is also a TEDX organiser for the Halasuru Chapter in Bengaluru.
Her focus is concentrated towards creating a healthy culture for learning that constructively challenges the status quo. Her journey encompasses experience with various corporates in fields such as Training & Development, Financial Services and Hospitality, where she has honed skills to encourage creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. Along with working in the corporate sector, Nidhi has actively participated in and contributed towards a cause. She is currently associated with Cottolengo Convent, a school that provides shelter to abandoned and mentally challenged girls. Her contributions include, but are not limited to- spending quality time with the children, assisting in administration work, organising fundraisers for the school and planning entertainment and celebrations for these children.
Along with running a corporate training business under her brand called Vertical Hyphen (www.verticalhyphen.com), she has been awarded “Distinguished Toastmaster”, the highest recognition by Toastmasters International for leadership and communication skills. She is currently working on her first book ‘Romancing Targets’ which will hit bookstores soon. Her keen interest in reading and her love for books led her to begin a YouTube initiative called 5 Minute Ka Kitabi Gyan, which she holds very close to heart. She is also an organiser for TEDx talks in her community that connect people with breakthrough ideas.
Nidhi has a dream and a vision that is powered by courage and passion. She strongly believes that the only thing, which limits people is one’s own thought. With a simple motto in life, “If you do not have what you want, have the courage to create it”, she continues to spread her aura and inspire individuals around her.
