Vir Joseph Naidu is one lucky boy!!! The 15-year-old got to meet and greet his favourite singer Ariana Grande at a concert in Berlin.
Mommy Ila Naidu planned an entire vacation around Vir’s wish to attend the concert. The family first flew to London and spent a few days there, then headed to Munich and finally finished off their holiday in style with young Vir spending some quality time with his favourite singer.
And hold your heart folks, Ariana indulged her young fan by giving him a squishing hug and planted a nice big smacker on his cheek!!!

He is also India’s first Indie artist who has signed a worldwide publishing deal with Sony ATV and he is the only Indian artist who performed at the Queen of England’s 60th Centenary. He always says that it is his country, the Indian people, the colours, fragrances, food and languages that have helped to influence and shape his music. This influence can be seen on stage with the band adorning colorful lungis, anklets and beads.
With over 600 shows under their belt, both in India and abroad, the band has become an explosive live act bringing an entirely new genre to the forefront of the Indian music community.
He performs live at Phoenix Market City, Bangalore on 27th May from 6pm onward.

Located on Lavelle Road and Indiranagar, Smoke House Deli is known for its superlative Eggs Benedict, fluffy pancakes and crispy waffles. It’s the evergreen hangout for a die-hard Bangalorean.

Brahmin’s Coffee Bar
It’s located on one of Basavanagudi’s narrow street, but there’s no way you can miss this place. Forget the board, the queue outside is a dead give away! Traditional South Indian coffee, the aroma of which assaults you from a mile away. Fluffy idles, steaming hot vadas, the best upma and kesari bath in town. That’s all thats on the menu… and there’s also butter for which they charge Rs 7. Just in case you want to smother the piping hot idli in some grease!

Veena Stores
If you haven’t been here then you haven’t been to Bangalore. One of the oldest eateries in the city, located in the Brahmin dominated suburb of Malleshwaram, Veena Stores attracts foodies from all over the city. Mumbaikars who are visiting never leave without taking back a box of his special idles and even more special chutney. It’s a little shop adjacent to 15th Cross in Malleshwaram, and you can’t fail to see the throng of people outside tucking into his specialities. bisibele bath, semiya upma, chow chow bath, idli and vada, sweet pongal and coffee are the hot favourites here.

Electro-rock duo FuzzCulture are coming out with their debut album titled ‘NO’ after a successful EP launch in 2013.
The band has returned to their roots of Rock’ n’ Roll with very strong live elements in their songs. The album consists of 8 tracks moving between Industrial Rock to Electronic Pop and Punk Rock in this Universal Music Release.
Since their inception in 2012, FuzzCulture has played over 70 shows in the country including most major festivals such as NH7 Weekender, VH1 Supersonic, Sunburn Festival, City Of M, Celeste Festival, Shiva Squad Festival, Escape Festival, Red Bull TourBus etc. FuzzCulture has also toured the UK and Malaysia over the last two years. They also were recipients of VIMA (Voice International Music Awards) Asia’s highest honour the “Thank you for existing “award for which they performed at the awards ceremony in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. They were also nominated for “Best Emerging Artist” by Rolling Stone India in 2013 and have been featured in many best of lists since then. Sonam Kapoor, a favorite with global fashion critics , managed to leave a lasting impression at 68th Cannes Film Festival as she made her first appearance on the red carpet today.
The actress flagged off her appearances at the festival with a Ulyana Sergreenko dress and Jimmy Choo shoes for her shoot with L’Oreal Paris.
Sonam then sported a customized Abu Jani – Sandeep Khosla creation for her first round of interviews -the customized outfit was a hybrid between a saree and an evening gown. The actress completed the look with a stunning Bvlgari watch and Suhani Pittie earrings.
It was a proud moment for the country as Sonam also launched 4 times Michelin starred Chef Vikas Khanna ‘s most awaited book – Utsav – A Culinary Epic.While the world’s costliest cook-book will have a formal launch in India by PM Narendra Modi, the team approached international fashion icon Sonam Kapoor to first launch the book at the French Riviera ,given her immense popularity and the fact that the international media has always taken keen interest in Sonam’s journey at Cannes.
Fitting to the occasion, Sonam sported an Ashi Studio pristine white look and gorgeous Manolo Bhalniks.
Sonam Kapoor later that day sashayed down the runway in a Ralph & Russo electric blue gown for her very first red carpet appearance at the 68th Cannes Film Festival. The actress painted the red carpet blue , in the outfit, complete with Chopard jewellery and Giuseppe Zanotti shoes.
