British “item girl” Scarlett Wilson, who sizzled in quite a few special numbers and cameo appearances in South, will make her debut opposite Rajeev Khandelwal in a film set in the 1960s. The former model, who recently impressed actor Salman Khan on “Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa” will be seen in the role of Helen in the film titled “Woh Aadmi Bahut Kuchh Jaanta Hai”.
‘Thani Oruvan’ has opened to positive reviews since its release on August 28. The film, a directorial by Jayam Mohan Raja with Jayam Ravi, Arvind Swamy, Nayanthara in lead roles has garnered appreciations from many in the film industry. Director-producer Gautham Menon has also showered praise on the director. He shared, “Thani oruvan.Congratulations Raja.. You stuck to your convictions and you LET the audience sit back and get involved. And not force them. Director Raja has arrived. ON HIS OWN. And it’s about time..very happy for you..”
Today, September 5, is Teachers Day and it can’t be a more exciting experience for Hansika to be shooting with children in her new film with Udhayanidhi Stalin, wherein she plays a teacher herself! Udhayanidhi Stalin plays a lawyer in the film. Ahmed of ‘Endrendrum Punnaghai’ fame is directing the film which is touted to be a Tamil remake of the Hindi film ‘Jolly LLB’. Prakash Raj, Radha Ravi will be playing significant roles among others in the film. Santhosh Narayanan will be composing music. The shooting is on in a school for the weekend.
