She has stated that throughout her career, there have been moment when she has been insulted, side-lined, paid less, ignored creatively and has been be-littled due to her gender. She has strongly stated that the contributions of hard-working women are often devalued and they are made to feel inferior. Bravo Mila for coming out clean.
