China’s fifth Madame Tussauds wax museum will open in the Chongqing municipality area, authorities said recently.
Wax effigies of Prince William and his wife Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, were displayed since last week in the city as a promotion for the upcoming museum.
It will have sections devoted to Hollywood stars, sportsmen and women and celebrities from around the world.
The museum will be built by Britain’s Merlin Entertainment Group which also plans to open an aquarium and a Lego adventure park in the city.
