LG Electronics India has appointed a prominent Indian chess player Vantika Agrawal as its brand ambassador. She is a young Woman Grandmaster and a three time Chess Olympiad gold medalist.
Vantika is also a recipient of the Arjuna Award, an honour given to recognise outstanding achievements in sports in India.
Vantika was born in September 2002 and holds FIDE titles of Woman Grandmaster (WGM) and International Master (IM). She has also won medals at the Commonwealth Games, World Youth, Asian Youth and National Championships.
