The comedian mistakenly crowned Miss Colombia, Ariadna Gutierrez, instead of Miss Philippines, Pia Wurtzbach, who had actually won the pageant. Bieber quoted his song “Sorry” over a photoshopped pic of Harvey. “It’s so sad but this is too funny had to post no disrespect,” he wrote.
