The Income Tax Department on Wednesday launched raids at the houses and offices of Tamil super star Vijay, leading actors Nayanthara, Samantha and several others in the industry across the state. Sources in the IT department said Vijay’s resort, an office room and residence, houses of Nayanthara and Samantha, and also the houses and offices of producers and financiers of ‘Puli,’ Vijay’s upcoming fantasy drama to be released on October 1, were raided.
