All the thousand-odd cinemas across Tamil Nadu that went on an indefinite strike from Monday are set to reopen today, a key industry insider told mediapersons today after talks with the government. Abirami Ramanathan, president of the Tamil Nadu Cinema Theatre Owners’ Federation, said the decision followed discussions with chief minister E.K. Palanisamy and finance minister D. Jayakumar.
