The third installment in the “Singam” franchise, starring Suriya as a police officer, has been officially titled “S3”, the makers announced on Thursday (January 7). The announcement was made via the official Twitter handle of the film’s production banner Studio Green, along with the movie’s poster. The title “S3” was accompanied by a tagline ‘The Universal Cop’.
