Following the unrest among the student community after a girl student committed suicide, the college has declared holiday till January 2nd. All the exams were postponed and students were asked to vacate the hostel. The college still has police protection to prevent any untoward incident.
Meanwhile the girl’s family received the body after autopsy at the Royapettah Government hospital. The girl’s father filed a complaint against the management in the Semmencherry police station.
