The film revolves around a true story of a strong woman
Actor and Director Revathy took to her social media page to share the news of her new film Salaam Venky with Bollywood star Kajol. She revealed that the film is based on a true story as she wrote, “Today we begin the journey of a story that needed to be told, a path that had to be taken and a life that had to be celebrated. The film has been bankrolled by Producer Suuraj Sinngh, Shraddha Agrawal and Varsha Kukreja and is directed by the award winning director Revathy herself. Kajol who is known to take on strong roles, was last seen in the film Tribhanga along side Tanvi Azmi and Mithila Palkar. Fans cannot wait to watch what these two brilliant women come up with.
