With the IPL postponed indefinitely due to the number of positive cases among the cricketers, most of them are heading back home. Ravindra Jadeja from the Chennai Super Kings team has headed to his farmhouse, a place where he feels safe and posted pictures of his beloved horse on Twitter.

IPL 2021 was suspended on May4 by the BCCI and the IPL Governing Council after some players tested positive. Out of the total of 60 matches, only 29 were completed before the tournament was suspended. The BCCI and other cricket boards have been working together to relocate stranded foreign players who were part of IPL 2021.

Some players from England have already reached the UK and will have to quarantine in an assigned hotel near the airport for at least 10 days. A few other players will board flights from Mumbai shortly.
The players from Australia will have to be moved to the Maldives or Sri Lanka before they get back to their homeland as currently there are no flights to Australia till May 15.
