The social media handle was suspended because of repeated controversial posts
Kangana Ranaut is once again in the limelight for her controversial remarks on twitter about the post poll riots in West Bengal. Twitter spokesperson said that the action was taken as the actress had repeatedly violated hateful conduct policy and abusive behaviour policy in Twitter rules. In her video she had called for President’s rule in West Bengal due to the post poll violence and her comments had sparked outrage. Earlier Twitter had suspended her sister Rangoli Chadel’s account as well for controversial and abusive remarks. Although Kangana called the action ‘racist’ and ‘death of democracy’, a lot of people from the film fraternity have welcomed the suspension and said that social media is better off without her hateful remarks.
