Samantha Akkineni who won the Best Actress Award (Series) for her performance in The Family Man 2 has been celebrated by her Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal team on the sets of the film in Pondicherry. Director Vignesh Shivan, Nayanthara, and Vijay Sethupathi organised a cake-cutting session for Samantha. The actress played the role of Raji, a rebel force member, in the web series, directed by Raj and DK.
Samantha took to Instagram to share some pics from the celebrations and wrote, “The week that was,” with a heart emoji.
Earlier this week, Samantha Akkineni flew down from Hyderabad to Chennai to join the Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal sets.
