Just a few days ago, an IT firm in Chennai gifted BMW cars to 5 of its employees, now close on its heels, another firm has decided to honour 100 sincere and hardworking employees by gifting them with Maruti Suzuki cars.
These 100 employees were with the company for more than 10 years. Murali Vivekanandan, the Founder Chairman of the firm said that many more incentives will be rolled out in the future. Many other gift options like plots, cryptocurrencies etc were discussed but they zeroed in on cars. The employees chose the car and the keys were handed over to them in front of their families.
This gesture is a way of the firm giving back to the employees who worked hard and thereby contributed to its growth.
Hard work pays after all.
