The movie features Dulquer Salmaan donning the role of a police officer
Salute is indeed a much awaited movie for it has a dynamic combination of Rosshan Andrews, Dulquer Salmaan and Bobby & Sanjay. Fans eagerly waiting for the release of the film that is expected to reach theatres on January 14th 2022. The film is produced by Dulquer Salmaan under the banner of Wayfarer films and the actor took to his social media handle to make the announcement of the release. He wrote, “Lies. Truth. Justice. Aravind Karunakaran is here to blaze his way to your heart! Releasing in theaters near you on January 14! This is a film I have a deep love for. And this trailer is an honest taster of the film. I hope you find that same love for it as I did when I first heard it. Which grew with each day I spent on it.” The film has been directed by none other than Rosshan Andrews and the story has been scripted by Bobby Sanjay. ‘Salute’ has an interesting star cast of Manoj K Jayan, Lakshmi Gopalaswamy, Sniya Iyappan and Diana Penty and will feature DQ as a police officer for the first time.
