Anushka Shetty gained nearly 20 kilos for her role in her forthcoming film ‘Size Zero, and after the teaser, it was rumoured that Anushka used prosthetics for her obese look. However, the glam diva clarified that she took more carbs and used filters to gain more weight on her face, legs and arms.
