Google, has announced that it will end the 30-second non-skippable videos.

To end the misery of the viewers, Google, which bought YouTube in 2006, has announced that it will end the 30-second non-skippable videos. However, don’t celebrate yet as the process will be completed by 2018, so we still have to wait another 10 months for it to materialise.

In a statement to Campaign, Google spokesperson remarked, “We’re committed to providing a better ads experience for users online. As part of that, we’ve decided to stop supporting 30-second unskippable ads as of 2018 and focus instead on formats that work well for both users and advertisers,”
