‘Women In Cinema Collective’ Meets Kerala CM !

The group would address issues at work and safeguard women’s rights & their safety 

In the wake of increasing crime against women, the women fraternity of Mollywood have launched a group called ‘Women in Cinema Collective’. The group would work towards safeguarding women’s rights and safety and address issues faced by them at work. Some of the members of group, like Manju Warrier, Rima Kallingal, Parvathy, Anjali Menon, Didi Damodaran, Beena Paul, Ramya Nambeesan, Sayanora, to name a few, met the Honourable Chief Minister of Kerala, Shri Pinarayi Vijayan to voice their concerns and seek his support towards the cause. The Chief Minister has agreed to extend his full support towards the initiative.
