JW Kitchen – the all-day dining world cuisine restaurant at JW Marriott is hosting the hotel’s first exclusive Bangkok food festival. Feast on Thailand’s finest cuisine, prepared by Chef “Chaiwat Ratchapiboon”, also popularly known as Chef Gai. Chef Gai is a guest chef from Thailand, who is specially invited to curate the Bangkok Food Festival from the Phuket Marriott resort, Nai Yang. Chef Gai hails from the Southern region of Thailand and has been influenced by his mother’s cooking recipes, which revolves around traditional meals of his hometown. Dishes prepared will include traditional flavours inspired by his culinary journey across Thailand -Bangkok, Phuket and Khao Lak, which will include a variety of meats, seafood and vegetarian dishes. Besides the regular buffet specials like a salad counter, Indian vegetarian and non vegetarian curries, food connoisseurs will love the Thai counter that serves an authentic Thai green curry and delicious fish, pork, beef curries that pair well with sticky rice. Do try the chicken satay from the live satay counter and end your meal with an array of desserts from the lavish dessert spread.

The festival is on till September 24 at JW Marriott, Vittal Mallya Road, Bengaluru.
