Welcome the year of the monkey with some Chinese cuisine

Celebrate the year of the monkey with customised menus as Golden Dragon’s biggest Spring Festival is here. Master Chef William Ho presents the traditional indulgence of Chinese New Year with a traditional feast paired with the simple elegance of Chinese tea.


There will be exceptional Chinese culinary treasures like Yusheng (raw fish salad that is said to bring good luck); Dan Dan Noodles (long noodles which when eaten is believed to give longevity to the family members); Nian Gao (it is a New Year celebration cake); and the famous Buddha’s delight – an elaborate vegetarian dish served by Chinese families on the eve and the first day of the New Year.
