New Delhi may witness light rains during the day even as India's capital woke up to a foggy morning today with the minimum temperature recorded at 11.0 degrees Celsius, three notches above the average. Skymet has predicted rainy February days ahead and weather in Delhi will remain the same as January. The sudden rainfall and cold waves will drench Delhi-NCR and neighboring regions, which will add to the winter chill. As per the weather department, conditions are going to remain the same till the weekend. Days are going to get colder in the capital city and its surrounding regions.
