Tropical desserts to try out this scorching summer

With temperatures skyrocketing day by day, how about some cool desserts assembled using tropical fruits to keep you cool?

Chef Palash from ITC Gardenia Bangalore displayed a dessert spread at a recent Sunday brunch that consisted of the melt-in-mouth blackberry & yoghurt delice, yummy fruit tarts, ultra-delicious mango mille feuille, mouth-watering peach flan, and a truly delightful passion fruit & white chocolate marquise, amongst many others.

Tropical fruits such as passion fruit, kiwis, mango, pineapples, bananas, berries, peaches can be used liberally for making a wide range of desserts in a season such as this one,” said Chef Palash.
