A woman from Finland underwent hormonal therapy to become the country’s first transgender man has given birth. The baby weighed nearly 4 kgs and was 53 cms in length. The man legally changed his gender from a woman in 2015 after years of testosterone therapy.

But he decided to cancel sex change surgery to complete physical transition before trying to get pregnant. Under Finnish law, a person has to prove they are infertile before changing gender from female to male. However fertility can sometimes return when hormonal therapy is put on hold.
