Visa Worldwide Japan has announced a campaign to be held between January and February 2016 for foreign tourists visiting Japan’s popular areas/cities – Harajuku/Omotesando (Tokyo), Kyoto, and Sapporo. The campaign aims to offer shopping and dining experiences with Visa cards in token of heart-warming welcome.
In Harajuku/Omotesando, this year as the fourth year of the campaign, Visa will host “Tokyo Shopping Week 2016” from January 18 through February 21, 2016.
A special scratch card campaign where participants will have a chance to be one of 2,000 winners to receive 1,000 yen worth of cash vouchers. If you pay with Visa, you can double the chance to win. The foreign tourists will also receive unique Japanese hospitality provided by “Street concierges,” who will be dressed in traditional Japanese kimonos and will be guiding around Harajuku/Omotesando in English or Chinese.
