The Truffle Trousseau

Go on a gastronomical Michelin experience with an exclusive Truffle Trousseau hand crafted by Michelin Star Chef, Federico Belluco, who has brought with him the truffles all the way from Italy. Chef Belluco handles the reigns at the Michelin star, Dopolavoro Dining Room, JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa’s fine dining restaurant and is venturing out to exemplify his exquisite skills in the kitchen here, as he recreates two of his sublime signature dishes among others, with delicate truffle infusions. Feast on the flavours of Italy with Chef Belluco guiding you through and through with his little drops of heaven tantalising your taste-buds in flavoursome wonder. The highlight of the culinary culmination is simply the opportunity to indulge in authentic dishes from a Michelin star restaurant. This unique exhibit also offers the delightful aroma and magical flavours of Chef Belluco’s truffles, which will be especially brought in by him to be combined with two of his signature dishes, the Row Carpaccio of Amberjack and Risotto with smoked cauliflower, grated grape must and green apple lamb. Federico Belluco is one of Italy’s five youngest and most talented chefs, having been awarded his first Michelin star at only 27 years old. He also doubles up as a renowned chef at Dopolavoro, a Michelin star restaurant. Fond of tradition but with an eye on the future, Federico is constantly revisiting authentic recipes with flair and innovation, giving new life.
The Culinary Journey will last 10 days, beginning December 1st, 2017 at ALBA, JW Marriott Bengaluru.
