The Marina is a seafood restaurant with a twist . It has a seafood display from which you can pick from a variety of fresh catch and chose the different styles you’d like it to be cooked in. We tried the prawns in a sweet chilli sauce, it was crispy with a nice sweet tangyness to it . We then tried a local fish cooked with Mexican spices, it was extremely light on the palate and perfectly done. We then tried the Malabar fish curry that was coconut based authentically Kerala . The Parathas were flaky and accompanied the curry very well. We then tried the Fish dum biryani that came in a clay pot with a chapathi on top to seal it to maintain the flavours, it was extremely aromatic and filled with flavours.
