Some of the signature dishes like Muringakai Manga Kootan, Mushroom Paal Curry along with accompaniments like Tapioca Puzhukku, Red Rice, Kallappam is a must try for Vegetarians whereas the Non Vegetarians can indulge themselves in the exotic list of dishes like Varal Meen, Aattirachi Perattiyathu, Njandu Varutharacha Curry, Fish Moilee. Deserts like Wattalappam, Karikku Pudding and Chakka Ada completes the delicious meal on a high note.
ABOUT ASHOK EAPEN K
Hailing from southern part of Kerala Chef Ashok Eepan has an experience of 17 years in the culinary field. He graduated from IHMCT, Trivandrum and has specialized in both international and native cuisines. He also has exposure in working with different nationalities and kitchens of various capacities.
Chef Ashok Eepan started his career with Taj Malabar Cochin in 2001, after completion of chef training program at Tajgot. Soon he got an opportunity to work with a cruise line in UK which was an exciting journey through which he learnt the food and culture across Europe, America and Asia. After a 4 year stint, he joined the Vivanta Malabar by Taj, Cochin and worked in various levels and was instrumental in the kitchen operations till 2013. He got assigned as Executive chef to pre-open Hilton worldwide first hotel in Kerala. .After a successful launch and positioning the hotel and its dynamic F&B in the city for four years, he moved to The Residency towers, Chennai in 2018 where will sphere head the culinary brigade and operations.
