Tamil actor Vishnu Vishal, to play a role of police officer in his upcoming film

Actor Vishnu Vishal who played the lead role in the sports film Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu, winning acclaim for his portrayal. Vishnu won further acclaim for his role in Neerparavai (2012), portraying a fisherman. Vishal will be seen playing a police officer in his next yet-untitled Tamil film, to be directed by ‘Mundasupatti’ fame Ram Kumar. The project will go on the floors here on November 29. “It’s going to be a crime thriller and Vishal plays a powerful cop. Amala Paul has been roped in to play the leading lady and she fit the bill to play a homely character. It’s the first time the duo is coming together,” as per reportes from the film’s unit.
