Super Chef Sundays starts off with a bang at ITC Gardenia

The Sunday brunch at ITC Gardenia Bangalore just got more exciting. Four distinct creative chefs presented their signature dishes to foodies as the first series of the Super Chef Sundays started off on May 1, with cuisines ranging from Thai, Lebanese, Awadhi and Desserts.

Chef Sonam presented an exotic spread of Thai delicacies such as somtam, masaman curry, pad kpapao gai and more. The Lebanese platter boasted 16-17 dips that included green peas hummus, babaganoush, beet labneh; apart from kibbeh, tabbouleh, falahel, and imam biyaldi. Presented by Chef  Mohan, the flavours of the Lebanese cuisine added to the charm of the Sunday afternoon.

Chef Zaki had concocted a spread of distinct Awadhi delicacies such as the melt-in-mouth zaffrani paneer, dumpukth biryani, salan, korma and more.

To conclude the brunch in a sweet manner was a lavish spread of tropical desserts by Chef Palash. The chef had used tropical fruits to bake superb desserts like peach flan, tropical fruit tarts, blackberry and yoghurt delice, strawberry and mascarpone shot and more.

All chefs were present at the brunch and were seen interacting with their guests, explaining the uniqueness of their preparations. Unlike other brunches, guests at this Sunday brunch got to personally meet their chefs and share notes and ideas.

Super Chef Sundays is on at the Cubbon Pavilion at ITC Gardenia till May 29, 2016 with different chefs presenting their signature dishes.
