British Airways has launched its new British Airways BOTler, a personal Facebook Messenger.  It serves customers with a ‘best of the best’ guide to travelling to London this winter.

In highlighting numerous reasons to visit the UK capital this winter season, the British Airways BOTler will offer live updates on exclusive deals and personalised recommendations on top attractions and experiences tailored for individual users. Designed to add value to Indian residents flying to London in December and the coming months, the British Airways BOTler is part of ‘London for Less’ – the airline’s special fare-led, global winter campaign.
