Please ensure that you inform your therapist about any specific needs or medical conditions that are to be considered for your treatment like for example, skin allergies or if any areas of your body may require special attention or if you are expecting. During treatment, if you experience any kind of pain or discomfort, inform your therapist at once. Smoking, consumption of alcohol and mobile usage is usually not permitted within the spa. Please check with your therapist about consumption of alcohol or caffeinated drinks before or immediately after a treatment as well. It is highly recommended that you book an appointment prior to your visit.

While their prime focus is Ayurveda, the traditional treatment system that focuses on balancing energies within us and promoting harmony between nature and individuals, they also offer therapies like Thai and Swedish, Balinese and Aromatherapy, yoga, skin refinements, body envelopment, face therapy and Native American hot stone treatment. For Ayurvedic treatments, the spa has an in-house physician who will prescribe the treatment based on your body type or constitution, routines and diet.
Style of Treatments: Ayurvedic and Western treatments
Sohum Signature Massage: This bodywork has an integration of sports massage and Thai acupressure techniques that are very effective in working on deep tissue, fascia and muscles. Recommended only for those who require deep body work.
Experience Ayurveda package: The spa has thoughtfully put together a special package which will ensure that you feel healthy and pampered by the end of it. It includes Abhyanga, a therapeutic massage with essential oils, Herbal Pouch Therapy, which uses a mixture of herb powders packed in a poultice and dipped in warm essential oils and Shirodhara, the ultimate ayurvedic therapy where a stream of medicated herbal oil is poured onto your forehead. It helps you relax, reduces anxiety, improves memory and relieves sinusitis and migraine.
Reservation policy: Prior booking is mandatory. Any Spa therapy appointment that is cancelled without a minimum of 3 hour notice or an uninformed “no show” will incur a charge equal to 100% of the value of the therapy(ies) booked. If a 3 hour notice is provided then a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the Spa therapy fee will be charged to you.
