A place synonymous with a fresh, original and an innovative food and beverage menu, The Biere Club has always experimented with unique ingredients, distinctive flavors and seasonal special. On tap this month is the very interesting Ragi Biere, a first of its kind, brewed with over 50% organic ragi. Soft notes of the ragi malt and raw ragi with the addition of organic jaggery, add more depth to the beer and on the palate it is light and silky. Served cold, it is easy to gulp down with a pleasant ragi aroma but as it warms up in your glass, the ragi flavors really start to come out. Up next is the cripsly refreshing Mango Ale, made with organic, naturally tree-ripened mangoes which highlights the delectable character of this singular fruit in the most perfect way.  Brightness without sharpness, fullness of flavor without heaviness, the soft notes of mango lend a smooth finish on thepalate, making it light and easy to drink in this heat and the alternating rain. There are additions in the menu too like the Protein Platter, Whole Roast Chicken, Beef Tenderloin, Asian Style Pork Ribs and a complete new Indian section withdelicacies like Kashmiri Lamb Stew, Mushroom & Pea Stew, Chicken Tikka & more.
