SMOKED HAM ROLL UPS WITH AVOCADO PESTO

INGREDIENTS
  • ½ pound Boars Head SmokeMasterâ„¢ Black Forest Ham
  • 3 tablespoons vegan basil pesto
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 1 ounce alfalfa sprouts, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a bowl combine pesto, cucumber, avocado and alfalfa sprouts. Mix until combined.
  2. Place two slices of ham on top of eachother in front of you. Add a couple dollops of the avocado pesto mix onto the ham and roll up. Cut in half.
  3. Repeat with remaining ham and avocado pesto mix.
