Parents who use smartphones during family activities such as mealtimes, playtime and bedtime may affect their children. They may begin to show frustration, hyper activity, whining and sulking.

Recent studies show that parents use television, computers and smartphones for 9 hours per day on average and that too during the time they usually spend for family activities. All important times involved in shaping a child’s social emotional well being is lost this way. Hence parents spend lesser time and have fewer talks with them. All this leads to hostile behavior in kids.
