Staying true to the theme of Beyond Resilience, TEDxBangalore successfully concluded its sixth edition at Ritz-Carlton – Bangalore. With the global reinsurer Swiss Re as the exclusive Knowledge Partner, the conference hosted 19 speakers from all around the world who are on a mission to solve society’s toughest challenges through their resilient solutions and laying the foundation for a better India. This diverse set of speakers included Mahesh Vyas – MD and CEO at Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy Pvt Ltd, Vrishab Krishna – the 16 year prodigy behind Kanna.ai, Divyanshu Poddar – Co-founder at Rocketeers India, Siddharth Singh – energy, mobility and climate policy expert and author of ‘The Great Smog of India’,  Arwa Qutbuddin – Poet, Dr. Rahul Panicker – Chief Innovation Officer at Wadhwani AI, Meerarani Hembram – Member of the Indian Women’s Rugby Team, amongst others. The event witnessed a turnaround of close to 500 attendees who were exposed to the critical challenges the speakers were trying to solve with their sustainable solutions. The audience not only experienced 18 innovative ideas from the speakers but also learnt about how they are striving tirelessly for a better and safer future. Speaking about the event, Sartaj Anand – Curator of TEDxBangalore, said “When we brought the conference to Bangalore it was our mission to break down the silos that existed between the different stakeholders and sectors in our ecosystem and build a better Bangalore. Our network of 300 speakers and their amazing ideas have helped transform the landscape of our city over the past 6 years and enabled us to realize this mission. Our latest cohort of 19 speakers have set out with a vision of building a more resilient world and we are fortunate to be a catalyst in giving our city a safe space for its most inspiring ideas.
