Shangri-La Hotel, Bengaluru today launched its most-awaited 18th floor with fine food and beverage offerings at three new restaurants –Caprese, Ssaffron and Yataii, its Mediterranean, Indian and Japanese speciality restaurants, respectively.

The three additions to all-day-dining b café, Lobby Lounge and Chinese speciality restaurant Shang Palace make Shangri-La Hotel, Bengaluru the largest food and beverage destination in the city,offering diners a plethora of authentic and modern cuisines in some of the most spectacular settings.
Each restaurant cleverly combines indoor and outdoor seating to offer expansive views of the city and a dining experience that goes beyond just satiating guests.The addition of three restaurants makes the hotel ideal for diners of all kinds.

At Caprese, the skilled culinary team,presided over by the hotel’s Executive Chef Antonio Tardi, delivers Spanish Tapas, Middle Eastern Mezze Platters and Italian dishes.
With an emphasis on engagement, the team has developed dishes supported by the open Tapas counter, such as Parma Ham carved at the table or classic Italian Tiramisu prepared in front of guests. A strong emphasis is also placed on high-quality fresh, green ingredients, either hand-picked locally or imported, allowing the chefs to create healthy dishes.
Ssaffron blends the soothing features of the outdoor deck and views over the green cityscape with its sophisticated, elegant and up-market indoor setting.
