Shangri-La Hotel, Bengaluru launched its much-anticipated roof-top bar-lounge Hype. Set against a spectacular backdrop of the city’s glittering skyline and visible from the four corners of the city, Hype will be the most favoured address for Bangalore’s glitterati’s. The newest addition to already existing all-day-dining b café, Lobby Lounge, Yataii, Caprese, Ssaffron and Chinese speciality restaurant Shang Palace makes Shangri-La Hotel, Bengaluru the largest food and beverage destination in the city.
Sophisticated, warm and comfortable, Hype will take guests on an emotional journey of the senses. Perched on the roof of the hotel, with a split level deck it offers an uninterrupted, panoramic view of the city. Hype redefines the city’s vibrant social scene with unique tailormade cocktails, an extensive international wine-by-glass menu and an array of delectable food from across the globe catering to eclectic tastes of guests ranging from cheese platters from the mozzarella bar , kebabs, buns and baos, chilled bar with sushi and sashimi, a dessert to finish the perfect evening.
Sprawled over 5220 square feet, Hype offers 130 seats with both indoor and outdoor dining. The interiors are sleek and classy with glass partitions and a partial roof. The open bar is an ideal place to relax with a cocktail on weekdays and live it up to the beats of DJ line up over the weekends.

Hype will have an in-house mixologist who will ensure that every guest is served customized cocktails to suit their palates experimenting on an array of flavours and spirits contrary to the mainstream cocktails.
