They are fine silk weavers, twenty in the group, belonging to the Bohra community, Mubarakpur. It is an ancient weaving cluster, practicing  since the 14th century and mentioned by Ibn Batuta in his travel diaries, and has praised the quality of the fabrics. The products are built on the cultural heritage of Mubarakpur, s mall kasba in Uttar Pradesh, where they are woven. The traditional skills of the weavers are combined with contemporary taste and design to give a unique visual vocabulary to the products.

The sarees, dupattas and stoles are focused on formal and festive wear. The use of Zari in the products is subtle yet elegant ensuring the wearer looks radiant at business conferences as well as social gatherings and festivities. The handwoven products have the intricately woven kadhwa buties in them.
