M.Natarajan, husband of V.K.Sasikala died yesterday. He had undergone a liver and kidney transplant in November last year. He was admitted to hospital on Saturday with a severe chest infection. However his condition deteriorated and he passed away.
His wife Sasikala who is undergoing imprisonment in the Parappana Agrahara Prison in Bengaluru has been granted parole of 15 days. She reached Thanjavur for the last rites. She stood in grief besides the body and retired to privacy. Many political leaders condoled his death and paid homage and last respects to Natarajan.
