Chennai Kodambakkam headquarters for many film artistes and technicians — witnessed the same terrible flooding as some of the nearby areas. Water entered the ground floors of several actors’ houses and they had no choice but to shift to the first floors.Trisha’s house which has a basement car park has been flooded while actors Arya and Vishal’s residences are also surrounded by water. Similarly, Suriya and Karthi’s houses, actress Namitha’s and veteran actress Vennira Aadai Nirmala’s bungalow and Rajinikanth’s house were flooded.
