RAINDROPSS DIWALI KONDATTAM with 375 less privileged childrens and Senior Citizens in the city.

RAINDROPSS a youth based social organization from Chennai founded by Aravind Jayabal is well known for delivering social awareness messages to the public through entertainment and media. Music Director turned Producer A.R.Raihanah (Sister of Oscar winning music composer A.R.Rahman and mother of Music Composer turned Actor G.V.Prakash Kumar) is the Brand Ambassador of Raindropss.

Raindropss celebrated this year Diwali musically with 375 less privileged childrens and senior citizens from Anandam, Sevalaya, Seers Girls Home and Balagurukulam at Spencer Plaza. It was an evening of Music, Dance and colorful celebrations. Film songs, old and new was rendered by the battery of leading playback singers Velmurugan, Shamsudeen, Aravind, Kiran Shravan, Whistler Swetha and and Haritha – the children overcame their shyness and danced.

Electrifing dance performances of Twist and Turn Dance Studio, Senior citizens of Anandam, Master Mrithiyesh and special performances by Instrumentalists Vetri on the Drums and Dilip on the keys made the children to enjoy the celebrations at the best. Music Director turned Producer A.R.Raihanah, also the Brand Ambassador of Raindropss, presided over the grand celebrations and wished the kids to celebrate the festival with joy and safety.

Satyabama University supported the celebrations providing transportation for the children. Gifts and dinner were given to the associations by Raindropss. Spencer Plaza, Zuby Candies, Aasife Biriyani, Mega Digital and Saj & Taj were part of this meaningful celebration.
