An Advocate filed a Special Leave Petition in the Supreme Court praying for the appointment of a fresh Commission headed by three Supreme Court Judges to conduct an enquiry into the mysterious death of former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa at the Apollo hospital on December 5th 2016.
