Devour a match made in culinary heaven with smoky, spicy, succulent Indian kebabs and endless rounds of the smoothest blends of single malts! Bringing this ‘Perfect Pairs’ to Bengaluru is Chef Sandip Narang and his team at Taj West End with a specially curated menu of the finest Malts from Amrut and scrumptious, handcrafted Kebabs! To kickstart this 20-day festival, a team of specialty chefs and experts from Amrut distillery got together to present a preview of what’s in store at Perfect Pairs celebration at Masala Klub from August 1 – 20, 2018, 7.30- 11 pm. Amrut Amalgam was paired with Tandoori Bekti, fish marinated with yoghurt and Indian spices cooked on tandoor, Sowa Lasooni Jheenga, prawn flavoured with dill leaves and garlic. The vegetarians were served Dahi aur Mawe Ki Nazakat and this course was served with Baingan Saraf and Spring Onion Kulcha. The next course was Amrut Fusion paired with Sarson Ke Phool, Broccoli florets infused with mustard for vegetarians and Methi Aur Peeli Mirch ka Murgh, succulent chicken flavoured with fresh fenugreek and Peshawari Tangdi, Chicken drumstick marinated with rich Indian spices, served alongwith Nadru Singada and Khasta Roti. The third course was Amrut Peated paired with Chilgoza Palak Paneer Tikka and Kurkuri Seekh for vegetarians and tender and divine Lamb Galouti, Lamb mince toothless delicacy from the region of the Nawabs for non vegetarians. This was served with Dal Makhni and Amritsari Kulcha. The meal ended on a sweet note with Anguri Rasbari. This monsoon, savour the divine combination of the finest blends of single malts from Amrut with a delectable menu of sublime handcrafted kebabs.
