In What Ways Does Becoming A Father Change Life?

Becoming a father was the happiest moment of my life – and there is nothing that changes you more in an instant. My day starts with my daughter Iqra and ends with her. I have become a more home-bound person and want to run home as soon as I finish work.

What One Thing Has She Completely Taken After You On?

She’s just three months old so it’s too early to answer this, but apparently, when I was an infant, my mom said I slept in a tadpole position on my belly and she does exactly that! It is scary when I see the exact same position as mine in photos.  

How Do You Spend Quality Time With Her?

Whenever my wife is not around I takeover. In that time I give her a nice, oil massage followed by a smooth sponge bath which she thoroughly enjoys. I feed her and make her burp. We stroll along together after which we’re back to playing on the bed until we both hug and fall asleep.

What Is The Most Difficult Part Of Being A Dad?

I think the most difficult part is that you have to be vigilant all the time when your child is at this age.

How Would You Describe Your Bond With Her?

The bond is truly special. I feel the love and actual attachment when she refuses to fall asleep until I make her. She needs me to be holding her tightly to fall asleep
