Onam Sadhya at Southern Aromas – August 27 – 30
The Residency Towers presents a special Onam Sadhya on the auspicious occasion of Onam. The Southern Aromas will be serving a celebratory feast for guests. Capturing the true essence and flavours of the state, the Onam Sadhya will be an elaborate lunch and dinner meal that is prepared at the end of the 10 day festival. In keeping with tradition, the Sadhya will be a culmination of regional dishes served on Plantain leaves and the restaurant will be decked up to suit the occasion with Thengin Pookula, Nilavelakku and Onathappan.
The rice harvest festival of the state of Kerala is traditionally marked with intricate floral carpets – ‘Pookalam’ and a vegetarian banquet lunch with over 25 different types of curries, chutneys and other dishes. Sadhya will be served for lunch and will be priced at Rs 680.
