Ingredients: mango jelly mix (400 gms), 1 litre water, mango puree (200 ml), 1 mint leaf
Method of Preparation:
- Boil water and add the mango gelatin mix. Dissolve, add mango juice in the mixture and mix well . Bring it to room temperature
- Pour the jelly mix into the mould.
- Allow it to set in the fridge
- Garnish with whipped cream and mint leaf
