Make this cool Mango Jelly at home

Chef Soundararajn P, Corporate Executive Chef, Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India lists out an easy and quick recipe for some mouth-watering mango jelly that you can make at home:

Mango Jelly (Copy)

Ingredients: mango jelly mix (400 gms), 1 litre water, mango puree (200 ml), 1 mint leaf

Method of Preparation:

  1. Boil water and add the mango gelatin mix. Dissolve, add mango juice in the mixture and mix well . Bring it to room temperature
  2. Pour the jelly mix into the mould.
  3. Allow it to set in the fridge
  4. Garnish with whipped cream and mint leaf
